Credit and the Studio

Top up under your credit page — the minimum is NZ$10, and because card fees take a fixed 30 cents per payment, one larger top-up costs less than several small ones. Credit is spent only when a generation actually runs, at the price quoted on the button you pressed. Balances are in New Zealand dollars, and usage prices include GST.

Every movement — top-ups, usage, refunds — is a line on your credit statement, each with a plain-English reason. Tax invoices for top-ups live under your account's invoices.

Press Query on that line of your statement. It opens the charge's own details with a message box; what you send lands on our desk attached to the exact charge, and you'll get a reply by email — with anything owed returned to your credit as its own statement line. A failed generation costs nothing by design, so if you ever see a charge beside a failure, query it: that one's on us.
