Getting started
Create your account
Sign up with a username, email and password — that’s the whole form. One account does everything: every ReShopMe member can buy and sell.
Verify your email
We send a verification link straight away; click it and you’re in. Verification is what keeps the community real — every buyer and seller here has done it.
Make yourself at home
Shop straight away, save favourites to your wishlist, and when you’re ready to sell, your dashboard is waiting under your avatar menu — no separate seller signup, no fees to start.

Browse by category or search thousands of brands. Save favourites to your wishlist, or shop live events hosted by sellers — pieces on real people, questions answered in the moment.
Buy it — or make an offer
Buy at the listed price with a click, or try your luck with an offer. You can chat with the seller directly before deciding. Pay for everything — even items from several sellers — in one secure checkout, by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay.
Follow it to your door
The seller ships your item as a tracked parcel using the courier service you chose at checkout. Watch every checkpoint on your order’s tracking view, with an email at each moment that matters — no courier websites needed.
Protected the whole way
Your payment is held until your item arrives, and parcels are insured against loss or damage in transit. If something goes wrong, report it within 72 hours and our Refunds & Returns Policy takes over — add Checkout Plus Advantage and your shipping costs are covered on a validated claim too.
Selling on ReShopMe
Open your dashboard
Click your avatar and choose Dashboard — your selling headquarters. Your listings, sales, offers and any claims all live here, and a Back-to-store link returns you to shopping whenever you’re done.
List it — free
In the dashboard, open Products and click Create. Add up to ten photos, a name, an honest description — wear and all — your price (from NZ$15), and the parcel’s packed weight and size for automatic shipping quotes. Your listing goes live the moment you save it. Want sharper photos? The Studio turns a flat-lay into professional on-model shots of your real garment.
Set up payouts — once, when you’re ready
You can list and sell before this, so it never holds you up — but to be paid out you connect a payout account once: your ship-from address, your bank account, and a short identity check.
The identity check — “Know Your Customer”, or KYC — is a legal requirement for anyone moving money, and it’s what keeps every seller on ReShopMe real and every payout going to the right person. It’s handled end-to-end by our regulated payment partner: your ID and bank details go directly to them and are never seen or stored by ReShopMe. A few minutes, once — the dashboard reminds you until it’s done, your listings stay up while you do it, and from then on your earnings pay out to your verified bank account.
Sell it
Buyers purchase instantly or send you offers — accept, decline, or chat it through. Shipping is priced automatically at checkout from your parcel details, so there’s nothing to guess. You can even host your own live event and sell on stream.
Ship it
Your courier label arrives by email as soon as the order is paid — pack securely, photograph the item as you pack (your evidence of its condition), attach the label and hand it over. The full drill, including posting it yourself, is on the Shipping page.
Get paid
Delivery completes the sale: your earnings are released to your account shortly after the parcel arrives — withdraw them, or put them towards your own next find.
