Help Centre / Get the app
ReShopMe works as an app on your phone. There's nothing to download from a store: you add the site to your home screen, and from then on it opens full-screen with its own icon, exactly like any other app.
On a phone, a black GetApp pill sits at the bottom right of the page. Tap it. On Android it installs straight away; on iPhone it shows you the two taps that Apple asks for. If you'd rather not, the × on the pill puts it away for good on that browser. The same GetApp button is in the menu behind the three lines at the top left, whenever you want it back.
Apple only lets a site be added from the browser's Share sheet, so it takes a moment longer:
The pink ReShopMe icon appears on your home screen. That's the app.
Chrome, Edge and Samsung Internet all install with one tap. Firefox on Android goes through the menu.
In Chrome or Edge, click the install icon at the right-hand end of the address bar, or open the browser menu and choose Install ReShopMe. It opens in its own window, without browser tabs around it.
It's the same ReShopMe, not a copy. Sign in once in the app and your orders, wishlist, listings and credit are all there, because they belong to your account. The one thing that doesn't follow you is the cart: it's kept by the browser you built it in, so a cart started in Safari stays in Safari until you check out there. The app updates itself every time you open it, so there's never a version to install.
It needs a connection: with no signal it shows a short "you're offline" page rather than stale listings, because a price or a sold badge that's wrong is worse than none.
Delete the icon the way you delete any app — hold it and choose remove. Nothing happens to your account; sign in from a browser and everything is where you left it.
