ReShopMe Limited — Communities Relations Policy

Version 2.0 · Effective 10 August 2026

We set out to build enduring relationships with our neighbours, characterised by mutual respect, active partnership and long-term commitment.

Good management of community relationships is as necessary to our success as the management of our operations. Our community is, first, the marketplace itself — the buyers and sellers whose trust and livelihoods depend on how we run it — and, second, the places where we and they live.

With our marketplace community:

  • We consult before we change things that affect people's livelihoods — fees, policies, and how sellers reach their buyers — and we communicate in plain language, in a format people can actually read.
  • We understand what matters to our neighbours and make sure they understand what matters to us: our policies are published, our fees are transparent, and our decisions on claims are explained.
  • Community spaces on the platform — livestreams, reviews, messages — are kept respectful under our published rules, and we accommodate the different cultures, lifestyles, heritage and preferences of the people who gather in them.

With the wider community:

  • We support community-based initiatives that make a difference in a sustainable way without creating dependency — including the charities who sell donated goods through the marketplace, whose particular position our policies explicitly provide for.
  • We contribute to local opportunity: selling on ReShopMe is open to anyone, and a seller's small business gets the same tools as anyone else's.
  • We listen. Concerns from any community our business touches are heard, followed up, and answered.
