ReShopMe Limited — Employment Policy
Version 2.0 · Effective 10 August 2026
We require safe and effective working relationships at every level of ReShopMe. We share common goals — above all a workplace free of harm — and we are committed to good corporate values and ethical behaviour.
We employ on the basis of the job. ReShopMe employs on job requirements and does not discriminate on grounds of age, ethnic or social origin, gender, sexual orientation, politics, religion, or any characteristic protected by law. We do not employ forced, bonded or child labour, and we will not knowingly engage a contractor or supplier who does.
Safety comes first. Being trained to work, and then working, in safe and healthy ways comes before everything else — see our Safety Policy and Occupational Health Policy.
We develop people. We believe in enabling the people who work here to develop to the extent of their abilities: regular performance reviews, recognition of potential, and education, training and coaching as appropriate. In a small company the opportunities are real — the person who joins to do one job will be offered the chance to learn three.
We treat each other with dignity, fairness and respect. We guard against harassment in the workplace, and we neither abuse nor misuse our positions or facilities for personal purposes. Managers are expected to be models of the highest standards of behaviour.
Conditions and pay. We operate sound conditions of work and fair disciplinary procedures consistent with the Employment Relations Act 2000 and its duty of good faith, and we implement equitable and transparent remuneration. We recognise everyone's right to choose whether or not to be represented collectively.
We live up to the letter and the spirit of The Way We Operate, our code of conduct.
