ReShopMe Limited — Occupational Health Policy
Version 2.0 · Effective 10 August 2026
We strive to protect the physical and mental health and wellbeing of everyone who works for ReShopMe.
A healthy team is essential to our success, and our obligations under the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015 are the floor for how we meet it, not the ceiling. We are committed to preventing work-related ill health through the continual identification, evaluation and control of the exposures our work actually involves:
- Screen-based work — workstation setup, eye strain, and the physical load of long desk hours, whether in the office or working from home.
- Workload and hours — a small team runs a marketplace that never closes; sustainable rostering and genuine time off are health controls, not perks.
- Difficult content and conversations — support work involves disputed claims, fraud, and occasionally distressing content reported from listings, messages or livestreams. Nobody handles that alone or without support.
- Driving and manual handling — the errands of a physical-goods business, managed with the same care as any other hazard.
We implement this through sensible standards, education and training, and we review our performance regularly so that compliance with this policy is measured rather than assumed.
