How buying works

Buying on ReShopMe is one checkout, however many sellers your cart spans — pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and every parcel arrives tracked. Here is the whole journey, start to finish.

Finding pieces

Browse the latest listings, search by words or by photo, or watch a live event and buy without leaving the stream. Every listing shows the piece's real condition — our sellers photograph what they are actually sending, and AI-styled photos in the Studio always show wear truthfully.

Buying now or making an offer

Every listing has a Buy Now price. Many also take offers — name your price and the seller answers, and offers close to the asking price are often accepted automatically. See Making an offer for how that works.

One checkout, several sellers

Your cart can hold pieces from different sellers; you still pay once. Shipping is calculated per seller at checkout — live courier rates from each seller's location to you — so you can see exactly what each parcel costs before you pay. Checkout Plus Advantage can be added per seller for shipping cover if a claim ever goes wrong.

Prices and currency

Everything on ReShopMe is priced, charged and refunded in New Zealand dollars. Paying with an overseas card works exactly as you'd expect — your bank converts at its own rate, which is why the figure on your card statement can differ slightly from the listed NZD price.

After you pay

You get an order confirmation by email, each seller gets your order, and every parcel appears under Tracking with its checkpoints updating automatically — see Tracking your order. If anything goes wrong, the same page is where you fix it: When something goes wrong.

Still stuck? For an order problem, use Get help with this order under Tracking — or message us and a person will answer.
